I didn’t eat for a week. The first 2 days were hard, because I still had to overcome myself and my habit of eating and thus feeling a certain way. After the second day it became much easier, as the benefits started to kick in and I adjusted to the new routine. I knew how I would feel and could deal with it in my head up front.
